This 6-module course is designed to empower new mamas with self awareness, self worth and cultivate a deep sense of inner strength and happiness in their work as mothers. This is about presence over perfection, intuition over expectation.

Fusing Indigenous Australian ideas with contemporary healing modalities, the Aruma Mama Grounding Course is designed to be completed over six months. Each module contains downloads, meditations, sound healings, creative exercises, empowerment-based knowledge and much more.

Mamas have access to the course for 12 months and are freely able to join any Kindred Circle during their 12 months access.

Especially created for pre teen and teen girls, these workshops are engaging, hands-on and equip your future woman with a beginner’s guide to self love and self care.

With topics ranging from nutrition to journalling to menstruation to friendships, these workshops come with a gift boxed kit with everything that they’ll need to enjoy the workshop’s eco crafting activity. 

Girls have access to the workshop on Aruma Academy for 12 months, with downloadable worksheets and access to the Kindred Connect FB group. There will also be opportunities for girls to connect in-circle online, with a Glitter Goddess circle held every second month especially for teen girls to ask questions, feel safe and heard and seen.
